Josh

Pharmacist and Owner

For Josh, pharmacy is truly a family tradition. He grew up right down the road working in his family’s pharmacy in Richmond, where he learned early on the value of personal, community-first care. After earning his Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from Touro University in Vallejo, Josh founded Brookvale Pharmacy in 2013 to bring that same independent spirit and dedicated care to his neighbors.

As a proud family man, Josh treats every patient like one of his own. Knowing the challenges that many busy families or homebound neighbors face, he made it a priority to offer free pharmacy delivery so no one in our community is left without the care they need. When he’s off the clock, Josh’s world revolves around his wife and two sons—whether he’s out coaching his boys' baseball teams or helping them practice for their next swim meet.

Bob

Pharmacy Tech

Bob has been a cornerstone of Brookvale Pharmacy since day one, joining Josh when the doors first opened in 2013. Growing up right here in the East Bay, Bob takes immense pride in taking care of his community. At the pharmacy, he specializes in managing our custom bubble and blister packaging, a meticulous role where he helps patients organize their medications safely and easily. For Bob, the most rewarding part of the job is knowing his work directly supports his neighbors' health and takes the stress out of managing daily prescriptions.

True to his nature, Bob is a natural problem-solver who can never sit idle. When he’s not at the pharmacy, you’ll almost always find him working with his hands—whether he’s troubleshooting computers, tuning up cars, or tackling his latest weekend project, Bob is happiest when he's fixing things and making them run smoothly.

Veronica

Pharmacy Tech

Veronica joined the Brookvale Pharmacy team in 2017, bringing a wealth of dedication and a heart for patient care. Like Bob, she plays a vital role in our specialized compliance services, meticulously organizing and filling custom bubble packs to help patients manage their health seamlessly. As a bilingual technician, Veronica also serves as a crucial bridge for our Spanish-speaking community, ensuring that every patient fully understands their care plan and feels completely at home when communicating their needs. For Veronica, the best part of the day is making healthcare accessible, welcoming, and stress-free for every neighbor who walks through our doors.

Patty

Pharmacy Tech

Patty became a vital part of the Brookvale Pharmacy family in 2016. Working closely alongside Veronica, she specializes in preparing our custom bubble packs, ensuring that patients have a safe, organized, and worry-free way to take their daily medications. Patty is also bilingual, proudly serving our Spanish-speaking customers and making sure that language is never a barrier to receiving exceptional, compassionate care. Her steady dedication and warm approach have made her a trusted face at the pharmacy, where she loves helping neighbors navigate their health with confidence every single day.

Monica

Typist

Monica joined Brookvale Pharmacy in 2015 and serves as the logistical powerhouse behind our daily operations. As our lead typist, she ensures that prescriptions and billing are processed with absolute precision. Monica also manages the entire logistics network for our local delivery service, coordinating routes so that vital medications reach our neighbors' doorsteps safely and on time. Being bilingual, she plays an invaluable role in communicating seamlessly with our Spanish-speaking customers. Monica loves knowing that her eye for detail and daily coordination help keep our community healthy, mobile, and taken care of.

Rebecca

Delivery Driver

Rebecca joined the Brookvale Pharmacy team in 2020 as our dedicated local delivery driver. If you use our free home delivery service, Rebecca is the friendly face you’ll see at your door! She truly loves being on the road and connecting with people, combining her passion for driving with a deep desire to help her neighbors. As a bilingual member of our team, Rebecca ensures that our Spanish-speaking customers receive clear, friendly communication right at their doorsteps. For Rebecca, every delivery is an opportunity to bring a smile and a helping hand directly to the people who need it most.
